YOGA FOR GAY MEN (GBTQ+) 🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍⚧️

Every Tuesday (starting 22/04/25)

6.30pm to 7.30pm

Classes held at Inner Guru ‘The Hub’ 2d Parkinson Rd, L9 1DL

Cost: £7 per class or £20 for 4 successive classes.

Each class will consist of:

* Breathing exercises

* Physical movement

* Relaxation

* Meditation

* Sauna session (optional)

All abilities welcome and all equipment will be provided.
