Welcome, my name is Martin a masseur with more than twenty-two years of massage experience. I work from my home which offers a relaxing and comfortable environment. This is a five-minute walk from the town centre and train stations. I offer two types of massage which are Swedish and Deep Tissue massage (the techniques explained below). I use Rapeseed oil to enhance your massage experience, Rapeseed oil is PH neutral, and feeds the skin. In my experience the combination of Swedish massage combined with Deep Tissue massage produces better as well as longer lasting results.
Explanation of techniques.
Deep Tissue Massage.
Targets the inner layers of your muscles. It’s used to treat muscle and tendon injuries, pain and stiffness in your major muscle groups and joints.
Swedish massage
Targets the superficial layers of muscle and focuses on the parts of your body that tend to hold the most tension, such as your neck, shoulders and back. This massage is for relaxation and is a more gentle massage.
Please be freshly showered before your massage appointment, if this is not possible there is shower facilities available.
