Offering Swedish Massage or Neuro-Rocking Release Therapy.
NRRT is a somatic awareness therapy for nervous system regulation. Effective for stress, ptsd, depression and anxiety. This is a clothed treatment on a massage bed that includes stretches and rocking/ bilateral stimulation.
Swedish massage back and shoulders or full body using massage oil.
Cost is 45 per hour, including travel in the Thirsk, Northallerton, York area.
Please note that you need to have a quiet space with room for a fold up massage table.
