Massage is not just physical relaxation but if you are feeling mentally stressed,massages can de-stress you as some people say 90 message is equivalent to 6 hours of sleep if done properly. I don’t use Massage tools, only my strong hands applying sufficient pressure to de-stress. I only use Organic oils and its a no rush service. Before the session, you will be welcomed by a hot drink, let you settle down and then only start the message.
