– [ ] 30 mins for £30 – mainly back massage or yoga.

– [ ] 60 mins for £49 – full body massage

– [ ] 90 mins for £69 – full body this can include 30 mins yoga.

– [ ] Massages includes consultation

– [ ] 1 – Swedish / aromatherapy warm oil – a gentle relaxing massage.

– [ ] 2 – Holistic / deep tissue massage, this has much more beneficial effect for your body/wellbeing. Using various techniques to relive stress and tension . This is the most popular- chosen by tradesmen , business men etc . Good for aches and pains.

– [ ] 3 – Hot stones is more relaxing using hot stones to relax and get deep into muscles.

4 – Holistic facial – this takes 30 minutes and includes cleansing , clay mask and facial and scalp massage.

I also offer a 121 yoga fits ss session . This is a beginner/ intermediate level yoga. Designed for those who would like to try yoga fitness but who would like some experience. Yoga/ massage packages are available.
