My massage enables the relaxation of the muscles in order to help ease out the tension that is held within the body using a variation of pressure to the muscle. I focus on specific muscle groups and this helps ease pain, strengthen and tone muscles, and results in you feeling more supple, rejuvenated and relaxed – a perfect way to unwind after a long day or week!

The rate for a 1 hour massage is just £50 – this price would include travel to your location. I can also give you a 90 minute massage for just £70.
