I specialise in classic Swedish and deep tissue massage, a combination of long soft strokes designed to soothe and improve circulation, and some firmer kneading to tackle any tension in your back, neck and thinghs. However, every session is completely personalised to meet the needs of the individual living on the table. I can provide more robust sports or deep tissue massage if you are struggling with serious muscular pain, or therapeutic massage to help you recover from injury.
